Lesson 1
Read the directions below. Walking is a Cardio activity that can be enjoyed your entire life. This week to encourage walking, there are 4 scavenger hunts to pick from. You can look at them on your phone, print them, or write them down before you go. Make sure to walk with a family member and only where you are allowed to be following the rules of your family.
Safety
Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Make sure that you are walking only where you are allowed to be following your family rules.
Tips to Modify the Exercises If you have to be inside and/or the weather doesn't allow you to go out, the alphabet and color scavenger hunts can be done inside. Make sure to get up and move if you are inside. By the end of these lessons students should be able to: Develop an activity that has a cardiovascular endurance component.S5.E3 Engage actively in a moderate aerobic activity independently. S3.E2.5 |

You can look at it on your phone, print it, or write it down before you go. Make sure to walk with a family member and only where you are allowed to be following the rules of your family.
