Lesson 1
Read the directions below. This week we are going to practice skills to get ready for jump roping.
1. Listen to Stretch it Out Simon Song (We have used this song in class before). Hold those stretches and stretch from head to toe. 2. Perform the video below pretending you have a jump rope. Safety
Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Make sure that you exercise in a safe space with plenty of room to move. Follow your family home rules.

Read the directions below. Next week we will begin performing skills with a jump rope. If you do not have a jump rope you can do the same exercises and pretend you are using one.
1. Warm up with the video below. 2. Select an activity at home that you enjoy that includes jumping.
