It is important to be physically fit because it could reduce your chances of getting sick, like getting heart disease. And we can stay fit by keeping a daily routine like 15 pushups, 30 squats etc.

That's right Carter! Remember activities that are Cardio should be done everyday. This could be walking, biking, running, jump roping, skate boarding....and much more.

Because you have to exercise to get fit. It gives us energy. We stay fit by exercising everyday. We also stay fit by eating good.

It is important to stay physically fit because it helps you stay strong. The stronger your body is the better you can fight illness and stay healthy. You should do exercises every day that work out your cardio, muscular and flexibility systems. Like running, push a weight or lift a weight and stretching. You should also get good sleep and eat Ms. Healthy's plate.
