Safety Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Make sure that you exercise in a safe space with plenty of room to move. Follow your family home rules.
Tips to Modify the Exercises Use a lighter or smaller ball. Stand closer to the target. By the end of these lessons students should be able to: Throws overhand, demonstrating 2 of the 5 critical elements of a mature pattern. (S1.E14.2) |
