Point Cross Step Flick Elements of a Mature Pattern Turn sideways throwing arm in front Hold the Frisbee with the thumb on top, pointer along the side, and fingers spread out underneath it Pull the Frisbee across chest to opposite side Bring arm forward and snap wrist aiming at target Cues: Underhand Throw Ready Position Arm Back Step and Throw Follow Through Underhand Throw 5 Critical Elements of a Mature Pattern
Safety Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Make sure that you exercise in a safe space with plenty of room to move. Follow your family home rules.
Tips to Modify the Exercises Use a lighter or smaller ball. Stand closer to the target. By the end of these lessons students should be able to: Throws underhand with opposite foot forward. (S1.E13.K) Throw a frisbee stepping with front leg. |

1. Let's warm up and practice our frisbee throw. 2. Practice your frisbee throw playing Frisbee Golf. Choose a starting line and aim at targets in your yard (trees, rocks, fence...) Can you hit the target in 3 or less throws? Cues: Frisbee Throw
