Participating in the Fitnessgram fitness test: This test measure health related areas such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Kicking using instep and laces, dribbling to avoid a defender, trapping, heading, passing while moving, juggling, offensive and defensive strategies, soccer skills used in modified games.
Overhand throw, two had catch, offensive and defensive strategies, leadership activities
Dancing, moving in patterns to a rhythm, and creating their own dance routines
Volleyball skills: passing (bumping and setting), serving (underhand and overhand), rotating
Basketball passes (chest, bounce, overhead), dribbling, offensive and defensive strategies, shooting (jump shot)
Climbing, Spotting, Upper body muscular endurance
Tumbling and spotting
Rolls: log, egg, puppy, shoulder, forward, backward (straddle and pike), cartwheel, round off
Balances, counterbalances, partner supports
Creating gymnastic routines
Jump roping skills: single, double, easy rocker, boxer, elevator, side straddle, forward straddle, double straddle, bird hops, twister, the "x", crisscross, continuous crisscross, backwards crisscross
